West Milford

Location: West Milford, Pennsylvania

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine as children do.
It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone.
And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

Peaceful night, Restful soul

Location: Etters, Pennsylvania

"To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded."
-- Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet

Appreciate beauty

Location: New Cumberland, Pennsylvania

Sometimes, we take things for granted.
Sometimes, shutting down your computer, going outdoor (even when it's freezing cold) makes perfect sense.
Sometimes, a quite companionship is all you need.
Sometimes, beauty emerge from the seemingly most ordinary.

p/s - Sometimes, out of 300 shots, a lucky one looks decent to put up on my blog. :)

Love extravagantly
Lead a life to be followed
Goodbye ordinary

A Nostalgic Covered Bridge

Location: Grantham, Pennsylvania

A poem by Architect Moshe Safde:

"He who seeks truth shall find beauty

He who seeks beauty shall find vanity

He who seeks order shall find gratification

He who seeks gratification shall be disappointed

He who considers himself the servant of his fellow being will find the joy of self expression

He who seeks self expression shall fall into the pit of arrogance

Arrogance is incompatible with nature

Through nature and the nature of the universe and the nature of man we shall seek truth

If we seek truth, we shall find beauty."
